Wissam is a seasoned management consultant with over a decade of experience driving transformation across diverse industries and sectors. Having led and supported large scale governmental projects, his expertise spans across PMO development, project controls, management consulting, cost optimization, process improvement, and cultural heritage restoration in KSA and Qatar. He has collaborated with leading ENR companies such as Bechtel, Almabani, CCC and Siemens. Wissam oversees the establishment, implementation and control of process improvement on multibillion-dollar projects, generating millions of dollars in savings and cost avoidance. He has delivered training programs, successfully certifying Yellow Belts from diverse cultural backgrounds. A passionate advocate for continuous improvement and culture transformation, Wissam combines analytical rigor with hands-on leadership to drive performance, empower teams, and sustain positive change across every engagement.
